This tools was use to get some default OS winxp get normal.
error I got were, disable some tools such :
disable taskmanager
disable regedit
disable run (start - run )
I have to create registry file to enable task-manager to get back taskmanager utility.
Here is content of task-manger.reg:

Save it with .reg extension file, such taskmanager-enabler.reg.
But there is something wrong. I cannot import taskmanager-enabler.reg to registry, that registry has been hooked. I search registry unhook from search engine, and I remember I was download it from symantec to enable registry/regedit.
so I download it from symantec.com. named unhook-registry.inf. Below is content of unhook-registry.inf

Save it with .inf extension, my file was Unhook-registry.inf
I run Unhook-registry.inf with install way. right-click on that file and click on install, and result is registry/regedit can run as I hope. Than, I enable taskmanager with taskmanager-enable.reg. Run taskmanager.reg with enter the file or right click than click merge (it is merged to sytem registry). I test to run taskmanager, I press 3 (three) button at once, it were CTRL+SHIFT+ESC. result was, task manager run as what I hope it was.
Other thing I need is run on start-menu.
I must enable it, couse it was my fastest shortcut with just type program name and press enter.
to enable menu run on start-menu, I look at my windows (installed system windows/OS) than I open system32. There is gpedit.msc that I must run it.
Open gpedit.msc than what we must do is open "Start Menu and Taskbar" list on User Configuration list. we must open "Remove Run menu from Start Menu" and choose disable to enable Run Menu on Start Menu, than click OK button. We try to found out is it Run Menu shown on start menu or not, just click start menu on taskbar. It must be shown as what we hope it was.
That was my experience with some PC that has been infected by virus and system not run as before PC infected.
