Iseng-iseng pasang ispconfig (gratisan, ups salah.. opensource alias free to modificate it :) )

yo wis gini nih langkah yang saya lakukan tuk pasang IISPConfig di Ubuntu edgy 6.0.10
agak ribet juga install ispconfig.
tapi sukur sekarang sedang berjalan proses install nye ;)
kita liat lagi ntar error nye apa :)
os = ubuntu 6.0.10 edgy download dari info.ugm.ac.id
install os yang versi server.
proses install di tawarin mao dijadikan dns server or LAMP
ga satupun yg dipilih ;)
pertama kali baca katanya kudu os kosong. jadi ga dipilih
selesai install OS.
harus install paket2 yang dibawah, tapi harus dengan user root ;)
jadi seting dulu password root nye
pake user harid : sudo passwd root
diminta masukin password user harid, baru bisa update password root nye.
langkah selanjutnye install nih paket2 nye ;)
yang harus di install selanjutnye untuk ispconfig runing =
* Apache Webserver version 1.3.12 or later / 2.0.40 or later
* Sendmail or Postfix
* Procmail
* Quota Package
* ProFTP as standalone version or vsftpd as inetd/xinetd/standalone version
* PHP 4.0.5 or newer as Apache module
* MySQL data base
a POP3/IMAP daemon that supports either the traditional Unix-Mailbox format (e.g.
gnu-pop3d, qpopper, ipop3d, popa3d or vm-pop3d) or the Maildir format (e.g.
Courier-Imap)
* OpenSSL and mod_ssl for the creation of SSL virtual hosts
* BIND8 / BIND9
* iptables or ipchains
* gcc and cpp, the c and c++ compilers
untuk install itu semua, pake perintah apt-get install (nama paket yg di mau install)
contoh :
apt-get install apache2
terkendala waktu mau install proftpd.
baca2 bentar ketemu di internet ternyata kudu di update. dapet referensi bacaan dari sini

ternyata kudu diupdate dengan langkah simpel
apt-get update
untung di indonesia dah ada server archive ubuntu
dengan alamat : http://id.archive.ubuntu.com
jadi lumayan cepet juga updatenye :)
dah gitu...
egh ternyata ada beberapa file yang belum ada di server os ubuntu
antara lain :
flex, g++, make
jadi harus di install lagi :)

apt-get install get g++ make
enter n download langsung install
jadi file ispconfig di extract
download dulu file dari sourceforge.net
dah download extract :
tar zxvf ISPConfig-2.2.14.tar.gz
udah extract masuk ke direktori isp config :
cd install_ispconfig
jalanken setup :
./setup
set dah bahasanye.. untung sedikit sabar, pilih yg bhs inggris
teken deh nomer 2.
langsung muncul lisensi n apalah
teken aja y
trus ispconfig check sistem :)
teken2 aja y
tau2 webroot tanya dia.. apa di /var/www teken y
muncul lagi editan untuk pindah webroot nye cuekin aja ;)
enter dulu. kalo salah ya install ya ya ya ya :)
