Saat menjalankan program chating Yahoo Messenger di Windows versi Tujuh (Windows seven), muncul peringata dengan Tulisan :

Di Windows 7, saat kita menjalan program chating favorite yaitu Yahoo Messenger. Beberapa saat ini sering terjadi. Dan tentu saja, dapat menghambat aktifitas kita untuk menghubungi teman Online chating di Yahoo meseenger.
Punwalau saat ini sudah ada fasilitas chating yahoo messenger di browser ketika sedang login ke akun email yahoo. Namun tentu tidak senyaman atau sepuas saat kita menggunakan program yahoo messenger di computer. Keterbatasan terasa saat kita akan berbagi berkas atau ingin melihat video, atau bahkan mungkin kita ingin melakukan conference call dengan tim kerja. Dengan menggunakan browser chating, kita lebih terarah hanya untuk menyampaikan pesan perseorangan dari daftar pertemanan yang sudah kita kenal saja.
Kejadian error yahoo messenger di windows 7, terjadi karena ada masalah dengan :

Dapat dilihat kesalahan gagal menjalankan program yahoo messenger dengan menggunakan event log di computer management.
(Computer Management > Event Viewer >Windows Logs >Application). Kejadian kesalahan yang terjadi, tercatat sebagai berikut :

Untuk mengatasi masalah ini sementara ini saya hanya melakukan upgrade yahoo messenger di Komputer windows 7 menjadi versi terakhir yaitu , yahoo messenger versi 11.

Yaitu pada program Google Earth, AVG, Logitech mouse software, Firefox, DVD shrink, Total Media 3 dan lain sebagainya.
Untuk sementara ini, hal yang paling utama untuk mengatasi kendala peringatan yang sama. Saya dapati petunjuk di forum Microsoft yaitu dengan melakukan langkah-langkah berikut :
Error message: "Side-by-side configuration is incorrect"
The machine is missing the correct C++ runtime components for your type of system. (x86 or x64).
Installing the following update resolved the issue.
